Vivienne is the visionary founder and owner of East Kenwick Before, After, and Outside Hours Care, a trusted childcare service dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children outside of regular school hours. With a deep passion for child development and education, Vivienne established the service to support working families by offering flexible, high-quality care tailored to the needs of both children and parents.

With over 40 years of experience in nursing, early childhood education and a strong background in child welfare, Vivienne is committed to fostering a space where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Under Vivienne’s leadership, East Kenwick Before, After, and Outside Hours Care has become a cornerstone of the community, known for its enriching programs, qualified educators, and unwavering dedication to child well-being.

Leanne

With a career that began in accounting and finance, Leanne transitioned into the childcare industry to pursue a passion for providing high-quality care and education for children. Inspired by her mother, Vivienne, who dedicated her career to childcare, Leanne embraced the family’s commitment to nurturing and supporting young minds.

Now a qualified childcare educator with eight years of experience, Leanne is the proud owner and founder of East Kenwick Outside School Hours Care.

Combining a strong foundation in business management with a deep understanding of child development, Leanne ensures that the service operates at the highest standards while maintaining a warm, family centred approach.

As the Coordinator & Educational Leader at East Kenwick Outside Hours Care, Nisha is deeply passionate about providing nurturing and supportive environments for children to thrive in. With 14 years of experience in childcare, Nisha has had the privilege of witnessing the incredible growth and development of the little ones under her care. Her journey in childcare has been marked by a commitment to fostering not just academic learning, but also emotional intelligence, social skills, and a love for exploration and discovery. Nisha believes that every child is unique and deserving of individualized attention and care, and she strives to create a safe and inclusive space where each child feels valued and supported.

With Nisha’s extensive years of experience in the childcare and education sector, Nisha plays a vital role in ensuring the service meets and exceeds industry standards.

Nisha oversees daily operations, mentors educators, and designs innovative programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and My Time, Our Place curriculum.

Committed to continuous improvement, Nisha actively collaborates with families, staff, and the wider community to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore.
